Vacation Rental Policies

Please review our rental policies carefully before booking. These policies help ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our property and availability.

  • 30 days or more before arrival : 100% refund of the reservation amount
  • 14–30 days before arrival : 50% refund of the reservation amount
  • Less than 14 days before arrival : No refund will be issued
  • After 60 days past checkout : No refunds will be processed

Important:

Booking fees are non-refundable. Booking fees are approximately 3% of the total reservation cost.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, all our vacation rental units are strictly NON-SMOKING.

Smoking is prohibited:

  • Inside the unit
  • On balconies
  • This includes cigarettes, vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana

Violation Fee:

Guests found smoking will be charged a $500 smoking violation fee.

Pet Policy

To maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies, pets are NOT permitted in any of our units.

  • No pets allowed, including emotional support or unauthorized animals.

Violation Fee:

Guests found with an unauthorized pet will be charged a $500 fine.

Parking Passes & Pool Wristbands Policy

Some properties require parking passes and/or pool wristbands.

  • Parking Passes : If required and not returned, a fee of $100 per missing pass will be charged.
  • Pool Wristbands : If required and not returned, a fee of $100 per missing wristband will be charged.

Please ensure all items are returned at checkout.

Agreement & Enforcement

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.

Failure to comply may result in:

  • Additional charges
  • Early termination of stay
  • Loss of security deposit

These policies are enforced to protect our property, our guests, and staff.
