Monarch Cove is one of the most popular complexes at the lake and it’s pristinely maintained with beautiful landscaping along the 1/2-mile lakefront promenade allowing for that perfect evening stroll! Multiple elevators, 3 outdoor seasonal heated pools and 2 hot tubs and outdoor BBQ areas, just a short distance from anywhere in the complex. Enjoy fishing from the private docks or rent a boat at one of the several nearby marinas.

 

All rooms are waterfront suites with their own private bathrooms. The spacious master has a queen bed with an en-suite master bath, sunken jetted tub and separate shower with a walk-in closet. The second master has a queen bed and a sliding door with access to a separate private veranda and an en-suite bathroom. The third waterfront suite has a queen bed, water views and an en-suite bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glassware, cookware, cooking utensils, toaster, waffle maker, 2 coffee makers (standard and Keurig), full-size stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools as well as a dining room table that seats 6. The large living room has a new comfortable queen sofa sleeper, 2nd queen couch and chair, and a flat screen TV. The over-sized living room has breathtaking views with two walls of sliding doors/windows that opens to a spacious veranda with main channel and cove views. The veranda has a high-top pub style table with 4 chairs and another small table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and a gas grill – and has glass railings to enhance visibility and is screened in so you don’t have to worry about the bugs! Other amenities include wireless internet/cable, streaming internet TV entertainment and laundry room with full-size washer/dryer.

 

This condo is close to EVERYTHING by land and water located on Horseshoe Bend at the 2-mile marker of the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks, near Bagnell Dam. You are a 5-minute drive from business highway 54 with easy access to grocery stores, outlet mall shopping, great restaurants on Bagnell, golf, go-carts and night clubs/hot-spots including H. Toads, Shady Gators, Dock Knockers, Ozark Yacht Club, JB Hooks, Bentley’s, Shawnee Bluff Winery and Baxters. Walk, run, or bike along Horseshoe Bend on the well-maintained paths.

 

Also available for rent is 1 covered slip (12’ X 36’) plus 1 PWC lift. The Monarch Cove complex offers a beautiful lakeside pool to refresh on those hot summer afternoons. Bring your boats, and PWCs and enjoy family time at the lake! You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access.

 

You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There is a shared unit pool that all guests have access to.

PARKING:

  • Parking passes are required to park in the parking lots next to the buildings. hese parking passes must be displayed from the rearview mirror at all times. Vehicles without a parking pass are only allowed to park in the upper lot between the east and west side, or the gravel lot at the end of Bldg. 183. Any vehicle parked next to a building without a parking pass will be subject to an immediate tow without warning.

  • Please return the parking passes before you leave.

  • There is a $100 charge for each pass not returned. Parking is permitted in any available spot.
